Sometimes there might be a delay in purchased item delivery due to server/network connection speed.
If you failed to get the purchased items immediately, please exit the game and login again.
If you still don't see the purchased items after restarting the game, then it may take up to 24 hours for items to be delivered.
In case you still haven't received the purchased items after 24 hours, please submit the following details to the Customer Center:
1. Your continent (server) number and nickname*
2. Screenshot of your relevant purchase receipt number from your email inbox (alternatively, "GPA." number for Google Play payments)
